Preheat the oven
To 200 degress
Whisk together flour
Baking powder
Sugar, baking soda and salt
In another bowl buttermilk
Melted butter and one egg
Whisk the flour mixture
With the buttermilk mixture
Cook bacon over medium high
Flip and cook until golden crisp underside
Drain bacon onto paper towels
Save the fat from the skillet
Pour quarter cupfuls of batter
and top each with a bacon slice
Cook until some bubbles
